Prayer Points + Scriptures

DAY 1 (JANUARY 15)

Prayer Point: To learn to be still and know that He is God.

Scripture: “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth” (Psalm 46:10).

DAY 2 (JANUARY 16)

Prayer Point: To understand and reverence the sacredness of the Lord.

Scripture: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name” (Matthew 6:9).

DAY 3 (JANUARY 17)

Prayer Point: To experience God’s power on earth as it is in heaven.

Scripture: “In that day you will no longer ask Me anything. Very truly I tell you, My Father will give you whatever you ask in My name. Until now you have not asked for anything in My name” (John 16:23-24).

DAY 4 (JANUARY 18)

Prayer Point: To grow in persistence as I ask, seek, and knock.

Scripture: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened” (Matthew 7:7-8).

DAY 5 (JANUARY 19)

Prayer Point: To increase the dependance and consistency of prayer.

Scripture: “Pray without ceasing” (I Thessalonians 5:17).

DAY 6 (JANUARY 20)

Prayer Point: To see the salvation of those who do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus.

Scripture: “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him” (John 3:16-17).

DAY 7 (JANUARY 21)

Prayer Point: To see the Lord guide me with His wisdom, power, and divine direction.

Scripture: “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding” (Proverbs 2:6).

DAY 8 (JANUARY 22)

Prayer Point: To see restoration of all that was killed, stolen, and destroyed in my life.

Scripture: “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten — the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm — my great army that I sent among you” (Joel 2:25).

DAY 9 (JANUARY 23)

Prayer Point: To be led by the Holy Spirit in every decision and action.

Scripture: “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God” (Romans 8:14).

DAY 10 (JANUARY 24)

Prayer Point: To live with unity and peace in all relationships and

circumstances.

Scripture: “I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” (I Corinthians 1:10).

DAY 11 (JANUARY 25)

Prayer Point: To live with increased perseverance and consistency found through trusting in the Lord.

Scripture: “Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already

arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:12-14).

DAY 12 (JANUARY 26)

Prayer Point: To see God bless, keep, and further the ministry of Elevation Point Church.

Scripture: “And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20).

DAY 13 (JANUARY 27)

Prayer Point: To see healing in the lives of those who are sick or oppressed.

Scripture: “He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.” (Psalm 107:20).

DAY 14 (JANUARY 28)

Prayer Point: To live a life of endless gratitude and praise for who God is and all He does.

Scripture: “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” (I Thessalonians 5:18).
